Our circuit designers sketch topology in-house, simulate stress conditions, and pick every component for cost & reliability — not for what's on sale this week.

Step 02 / SMT & Assembly

Tight BOM control.

Every component chosen for the job. Reflow profiles tuned to our boards. No sneaky substitutions — the BOM you sampled is the BOM you ship on.

Step 03 / Test

Tested at rated current & power.

Every device is tested for functional behaviour at its rated current and rated power before it leaves the line.

Step 04 / Dispatch

Scheduled delivery.

Flexible production capacity for bulk orders with scheduled delivery — so your luminaire line never stalls waiting on drivers.

We've been building LED drivers since 2008. The things that take drivers down are always the same — wrong capacitor rating, underspec'd MOSFET, an inductor picked to save a few rupees. Easy to cut those corners. Harder to live with the returns.

So we don't cut them. Quality components, full BOM control, tested on rated current and power before it ships.
