Founding principles 01 — 04

We design drivers like
we have to live with them.

Eighteen years building LED drivers in Sahibabad has taught us a few things — mostly about what kills them. So this is what we don't compromise on.

01

No mystery components

Full BOM control. We know every capacitor, MOSFET and inductor on the board, and the reason it's there — not the reason it was cheapest.

02

Full-load burn-in, every batch

Each batch runs at rated current and rated voltage before it leaves the line. The weak units we write off — you never see them.

03

IS 15885, from the schematic

The Indian standard isn't a label we tape on at the end. It's the spec the circuit is drawn to. BIS-ready fixtures pass first time.

04

Our phone, not a portal

Real engineers answer when you call about a thermal spike or a custom Vout. Same WhatsApp number, same factory floor, same person.

What sets us apart

Smart drivers,
smarter features.

These are the drivers that solve real problems — radar that sees through plastic, Wi-Fi that never blinks, lights that wake up when the sun goes down.

How we build a driver

From schematic to shipment — in-house.

Step 01 / R&D

Design from first principles.

Our circuit designers sketch topology in-house, simulate stress conditions, and pick every component for cost & reliability — not for what's on sale this week.

Step 02 / SMT & Assembly

Tight BOM control.

Every component chosen for the job. Reflow profiles tuned to our boards. No sneaky substitutions — the BOM you sampled is the BOM you ship on.

Step 03 / Test

Tested at rated current & power.

Every device is tested for functional behaviour at its rated current and rated power before it leaves the line.

Step 04 / Dispatch

Scheduled delivery.

Flexible production capacity for bulk orders with scheduled delivery — so your luminaire line never stalls waiting on drivers.

By application

Powering every kind of luminaire.

Not sure which driver family to pick? Start with the application — we'll show you the right range.

— The philosophy

"A driver is the part of a luminaire that nobody sees, until it fails. Our entire job is to make sure it doesn't fail."

We've been building LED drivers since 2008. The things that take drivers down are always the same — wrong capacitor rating, underspec'd MOSFET, an inductor picked to save a few rupees. Easy to cut those corners. Harder to live with the returns.

So we don't cut them. Quality components, full BOM control, tested on rated current and power before it ships.

Frequently asked

Questions buyers ask us most often.

What's the difference between isolated and non-isolated LED drivers?

Isolated drivers have galvanic separation between input (mains) and output (LED) via a transformer. That protects users from shock and dramatically reduces EMI/RFI — which is why panel lights, street lights, high-bays and anything touchable at its housing spec isolated drivers.

Non-isolated drivers are smaller, cheaper, and more efficient at low wattages (5W–22W), making them ideal for enclosed fixtures like LED bulbs and tubes where the housing itself provides the safety boundary.

What does HPF mean? Do I need High Power Factor?

Power Factor (PF) is how efficiently a driver draws current from the mains. HPF = PF ≥ 0.9, typically ≥ 0.95 on our drivers.

You need HPF for: commercial installations, street lights, anything over ~25W in India (BIS/BEE compliance), panel lights, and any application with electricity audits. LPF is acceptable only for residential bulbs below a certain wattage threshold.

Can you design a driver to our exact specification?

Yes — that's our core strength. Our in-house R&D team develops custom drivers based on your requirement: specific wattage, form factor, isolation type, power factor, dimming protocol, or any combination.

Typical custom-design turnaround is 3–6 weeks from spec freeze to working sample, depending on complexity.

What testing do your drivers go through before shipping?

Every device is tested for functional behaviour at its rated current and rated power before it leaves the line. Not a spot-check — every unit.

We also sample-test for thermal stability, input voltage range, and short-circuit protection against our internal QC protocol.

Do you make Surge Protection Devices (SPDs)?

Yes. We manufacture Type-2 and Type-3 SPDs at 20 kA, 30 kA and 40 kA ratings, specifically designed for LED street-light and outdoor-lighting installations where lightning and transient surges are the #1 cause of driver failure.

An SPD upstream of an outdoor LED driver can extend field life dramatically — we strongly recommend them on any pole-mounted or exposed fixture.

What's your minimum order quantity?

MOQ varies by model and configuration. For catalog models we can typically supply smaller trial quantities, while custom or OEM variants have higher MOQs tied to PCB and component sourcing.

Talk to our sales team with your volume and timeline — we'll quote realistic MOQ and lead time for your specific need.

Do you supply to exporters and buyers outside India?

Yes. We supply to luminaire manufacturers, OEMs and distributors in India and for export. Our drivers work across a wide input voltage range (90–305 VAC on most models) so they fit most global mains standards.

For export orders we handle documentation including proforma invoice, commercial invoice and packing list. Please specify destination country in your enquiry so we can confirm compliance requirements.

How do you handle scheduled / bulk deliveries?

Our production range is flexible enough to schedule staged deliveries for bulk orders — for example, a 50,000-pc order delivered 10,000 pcs/week over five weeks. This keeps your luminaire assembly line running without over-committing your warehouse.

Delivery schedules are confirmed at PO time with defined milestones.

Where is your factory, and can we visit?

Our manufacturing unit is at Plot No A-2/77, Site-IV, Sahibabad Industrial Area, Ghaziabad, UP – 201010. We welcome serious enquirers for a factory visit — please schedule with our sales team a day in advance.

Ghaziabad is ~30 min from Delhi NCR; we're happy to coordinate with you on timing.
